ZP1780 electric variable pitch propeller is independently developed and designed by our company. It has completed performance test, structural strength test, 400 hour endurance test and flight test. The propeller is made of carbon fiber material, which has the characteristics of high rigidity, high strength, light weight and good radar penetration. At present, it is used in aviation piston engine from 115 HP to 160 HP.

High Performance: Provides greater thrust of no less than 250kgf at standard atmospheric pressure with the speed of 2400r/min.

High reliability: The high reliability requirement goes through product structure design, material selection and process design. The product passes various safety verification experiment and 500h durability test.

Lightweight: The blade, pitch mechanism and other accessories are all designed with lightweight design. While ensuring sufficient safety margin and meeting environmental adaptability, the weight of the product is reduced as much as possible. The weight of the whole machine including accessories is less than 15.8 kg.

Large Pitch Range: Product pitch range is +10°～+38° and meet different flight conditions of aircraft.
